Our February Milwaukee Member of the Month is Kinsey Thatcher of Road Work Ahead Traffic Services. Kinsey owns Road Work Ahead alongside her husband, Robert Thatcher. Kinsey was born and raised in Twin Falls, Idaho. In 2010, she met her future husband, Robert, at a coffee shop and in 2013, he finally convinced her to come work for him at Road Work Ahead Traffic Services as a Compliance Specialist.
Today, Wayne is joined by Idaho AGC President Anthony Guho of Guho Corp to talk to us about his journey from Board member into his new role as our President. They give some more background on our whole Board of Directors process, talk about the goals that have been set in place for 2026, and give us some pointers on how to get more involved as a member.
