Our Milwaukee Member of the Month for August 2026 is Mark Rush of ELRUS Aggregate Systems!

ELRUS joined the Idaho AGC earlier this year, and Mark wasted no time getting involved. As an Eastern Idaho member, he supported both our Eastern Idaho Golf Tournament in Pocatello and our Summer Outing Golf Tournament at Tamarack by hosting sponsor holes—and bringing along a keg for golfers to enjoy throughout the day. Unsurprisingly, his stops were a hit!

More importantly, Mark brought an upbeat attitude, a welcoming presence, and plenty of energy to both events. His enthusiasm helped create a memorable experience for our golfers and added to the fun, friendly atmosphere that makes these tournaments so special.

Our June Milwaukee Member of the Month is Representative Josh Wheeler with Wheeler Electric over in Idaho Falls. Josh is a third generation Idaho contractor and an elected member of the legislature.  Josh has continued to work hard representing Idaho’s construction industry within government for years now, and the dedication he puts in during the Legislative Session never goes unnoticed. He has always showed up for not only the Idaho AGC but every single contractor in our state. Additionally, Wheeler Electric is doing really incredible work all over Eastern Idaho. The Idaho AGC is grateful to have Josh Wheeler and Wheeler Electric as dedicated members of our organization.  Congratulations, Josh!

Words can’t express how excited we are to celebrate our May Milwaukee Member of the Month: Cody Lewis with Packard Wheeler Succession.

Since being appointed as a Preferred Broker for the Idaho AGC Health Plan in December 2025, Cody has hit the ground running. With his strong understanding of association health plans and a true “can-do” attitude, Cody immediately got to work quoting potential groups and never gave up in the search for the right fit.
