Phil has experience with a broad range of construction issues, claims, problems and disputes, as well as a wide variety of construction projects, both public and private, throughout the United States. He has drafted, reviewed and negotiated thousands of design and construction contracts. He is a past Chair of the ConsensusDocs Content Advisory Council, the drafters of the ConsensusDocs family of design and construction contract documents.

Joe is an attorney with Meuleman Law Group PLLC in Boise, Idaho. He represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties and developers in a variety of construction related transactions and disputes. Joe has over ten years of experience. He serves on the AGC Contract Documents Forum Steering Committee and Project Delivery Forum. He also served on the AGC of America Construction Leadership Council Steering Committee and has represented AGC on several ConsensusDocs working groups drafting industry standard contracts. Joe is currently on the Board of Directors of the Idaho AGC and chairs the Idaho AGC Associates and Suppliers Committee.

Ms. Ciliberto was the founder and principal of Ciliberto & Associates, LLC, a Colorado law firm emphasizing water, environmental, and land use law. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Michigan State University with a concentration in international and environmental law. She is licensed to practice several jurisdictions including the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. Ciliberto has authored numerous articles, and she speaks frequently at industry events around the nation.
