He has drafted, reviewed and negotiated thousands of design and construction contracts.  He is a past Chair of the ConsensusDocs Content Advisory Council, the drafters of the ConsensusDocs family of design and construction contract documents.

Joe is currently on the Board of Directors of the Idaho AGC and chairs the Idaho AGC Associates and Suppliers Committee.

Ms. Ciliberto is the Senior Director and Counsel of Contracts and Construction Law, for The Associated General Contractors of America, and is Deputy Executive Director and Counsel for ConsensusDocs.  Ms. Ciliberto was the founder and principal of Ciliberto & Associates, LLC, a Colorado law firm emphasizing water, environmental, and land use law. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Michigan State University with a concentration in international and environmental law.  She is licensed to practice several jurisdictions including the U.S. Supreme Court.  Ms. Ciliberto has authored numerous articles, and she speaks frequently at industry events around the nation.
