In response to the feedback gathered from a recent member survey, the Idaho AGC is proud to announce that it will now be offering Supervisory Training Program (STP) courses.
Designed specifically to meet the needs of the construction industry, this program consists of 6 courses that focus on the knowledge and skills that every supervisor must have to be an effective manager of people, time, equipment, and materials.
We will kick off this new program in November 2015, starting with Unit 1: Leadership & Motivation. Unit 1 focuses on dollars & sense of people and construction, the role of the construction supervisor, helping people perform better, motivation, leading others, getting what you expect, positive feedback, training and orienting crew members, teams and team building, and leadership skills in action.
