Valley Regional Transit (VRT) is in the process of preparing its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) 3-year goal for Federal Fiscal Years 2017-19. Please share this information with any potentially interested individuals and/or groups. The finalized goal will be submitted to the Civil Rights Office of the Federal Transit Administration by December 1, 2016.
VRT will hold a public outreach meeting to consult with area officials, organizations, or individuals who may have information concerning the availability of disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged businesses, the effects of discrimination on opportunities for DBEs, and VRT's efforts to establish a level playing field for the participation of DBEs. The public outreach meeting will be held at 6:00 P.M. on November 29, 2016, at Valley Regional Transit, 700 E. 2nd St. Meridian ID 83642. This meeting location is ADA accessible to individuals with disabilities.
