The Boise Rescue Mission City Light Home for Women and Children Needs Your Help

The Boise Rescue Mission City Light Home for Women and Children at the corner of 14th street and Jefferson in Boise, has two projects that need they would like your help with:

  1. There are arched windows left over from when the building was a church, on the Jefferson street side. They are failing and need to be replaced. While arched windows are attractive, the replacements the Mission would prefer are conventional aluminum or vinyl type windows. This would involve removing the old windows, re-framing the opening, and installing new windows. Any help with this project would be appreciated and all donations are tax deductible.
  2. The second project is to re-stain the cedar exterior of the building.

If you would like to help with these projects, or for more information, please contact Jon Blank at 208-343-2389.
