2015 Convention Auction Donations

Dear AGC Member,

In celebration of our 81ST anniversary, we will be hosting our annual convention at the Boise Centre, on December 10, 2015.   This event is the largest gathering of commercial contractors in the state of Idaho and will feature a trade show, awards gala, and dinner featuring former White House staff member Karl Rove as guest speaker, and our popular live and silent auctions benefiting the charitable work of the Association. 

In 2015 our organization has accomplished a lot we are proud of:  we have had almost 100 new members join, launched a new online plan room service, held very successful events,  kicked off the Supervisory Training Program, developed a new workforce development website (to be unveiled at Convention), fought for and won a 0% increase in Idaho Worker’s Compensation costs, made affordable health care available to our members, and successfully defended Idaho’s CMGC law.

We would like to continue this growth with your help by raising money from the auction.  Please consider supporting our event and the goals of our organization by donating merchandise or services to be placed in the auction.  All donors will receive special recognition at the event, including being listed in the program.  Below are some donation item ideas that would help raise money in support for new programs, trainings, events, and scholarships.

  • College Sports (season tickets, use of your luxury box, clothing, promotional items, etc.)
  • Event Tickets/season tickets (plays, ballets, concerts, etc.)
  • Vacation Packages (stay and play, spas, etc.)
  • Winter Wonderland (ski lift tickets, lodging, clothing, etc.)
  • Bustling Boise (All things Boise basket, shopping, gifts, dining, hotel stays, event tickets, etc.)
  • Experience Eagle (All things Eagle basket, gifts, dining, lodging, shopping, event tickets, etc.)
  • Meridian Mingle (All things Meridian basket, gifts, dining, lodging, shopping, events, etc.)
  • Crusin' Couer d' Alene (All things CDA basket, shopping, gifts, dining, hotel stays, etc.)
  • Majestic McCall (All things McCall basket, shopping, gifts, dining, lodging, event tickets, etc.)
  • Outdoor Adventures (Rafting trips, golfing, zip lines tours, team building, snowmobiling, etc.)
  • Wine Tour of Idaho (wines from Idaho wineries, wine utensils, etc.)
  • Personalized Items (engraved rocks, his & hers items, etc.)
  • Kids Christmas (everything kids want for Christmas, toys, electronics, etc.)
  • Professional Sports (tickets, clothing, promotional items, etc.)
  • BUY Idaho (items from your business, Idaho souvenirs, etc.)
