As a reminder, the 2015 Annual OSHA Construction Partnership meeting will be held on 11 December 2015 at the headquarters of AECOM, previously known as URS Energy and Construction, located at 720 Park Boulevard in Boise, Idaho. The meeting will be held in the Central Plaza Auditorium. Sign in will begin at 12:30 pm. The event will start at 1:00 pm and conclude by 4:30 pm. Please park in the eastern most parking lot and not in the Ram Restaurant's main customer parking lot. A map with parking instructions for the event is attached.
LEWISTON - The recent U.S. 95 Lewiston Hill reconstruction project has received a National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) award. Knife River Construction, the project’s prime contractor, won the award for paving, producing a product nearly twice as smooth as the alllowable standard for initial quality.
The award will be presented Feb. 10, 2016, to Knife River during the NAPA annual meeting in La Quinta, California.

On Thursday, November 12th, the Idaho AGC unveiled the Education Foundation's workforce development effort, WeBuildIdaho.org to the public. We were delighted to get the full support of Governor C.L. "Butch" Otter at the public unveiling, in addition to the support of the Department of Labor, Department of Professional Technical Education, and Idaho's post-secondary educational institutions, to name a few.
