This 4 hour class meets the OSHA requirement for medical services and first aid [1926.50 (c)]. Upon completion, participants receive a course completion card to document the training. Forklift certification training for warehouse style and construction all-terrain forklifts to comply with OSHA standard 1910.178(l) and 1910.178(l)(4)(iii). 3 Year Certification cards will be issued at the completion of this class. The cost is $65 for Idaho AGC members. This class runs from 8AM to 1PM. ***Forklift Operator Training is offered to Idaho AGC Members Only.***

OSHA 10 HR Construction CourseOSHA 10 HR Construction Course

This 2 day 10 Hour construction safety course was developed by the US Department of Labor to provide construction workers, supervisors, and other personnel responsible for construction activities with an awareness of construction safety and health concerns in the construction industry. Upon successful course completion, the student will receive an OSHA construction safety and health 10 Hour course completion card. The OSHA 10 Hour focuses on the most dangerous areas in the construction industry including the OSHA Introduction, Fall Protection, Electrical, Excavations, Materials Handling, Personal Protective Equipment, Cranes, Stairways and Ladders, Hazard Communication / Silica, and Hand and Power Tools. The cost will be $125 for members and $160 for non-members. The first day will run from 8:00AM - 3:00PM. The second day will run from 8:00AM - 12:00PM

Fall Protection Awareness - Twin FallsFall Protection Awareness - Twin Falls

Falls are the leading cause of death in the Construction Industry. Lack of documented Fall Protection Training is the 5th most cited OSHA Standard. This course will cover the ABC’s of Fall Protection (Anchorages, Body Harnesses, & Connectors/Lanyards). OSHA Regulations will be reviewed along with the proper inspection and use of Fall Protection equipment. Attendees will receive hands-on instruction for donning and inspecting Personal Fall Arrest Systems (Harness & Lanyard) along with different types of Fall Protection devices (Self Retracting Lifelines, anchorages, etc.) $75.00 **This course is only available to AGC members.**
